Offered Monday through Thursday at $20.00 drop-in per child.

## LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The SIG Self-Defense Training Center Equips Students with:

- Practical experience in executing and escaping from dangerous positions, preparing you for real-world self-defense situations and competitive challenges.
- A comprehensive skillset in leverage and control, vital for sport and self-defense applications.

## WHAT DO YOU NEED TO TRAIN?

No experience required! Come see for yourself with just a $20.00 drop-in fee. Students must be 16 years or older to participate in training. Bring flip-flops or sandals for walking off the mats, deodorant, clean clothing and remove jewelry. All long hair should be tied back.
